We provide a setting in which each child may learn and grow as a whole person- physically, emotionally, socially, spiritually and intellectually – in accordance with each child’s developmental age, individual abilities and potential.

Enrollment

Children ages 18 months through five years old as of September 1st are eligible for enrollment in Christ Lutheran Day School. Exceptions may be made to meet individual needs.

Our Curriculum

Christ Lutheran Day School has created a curriculum that looks at each child’s individual needs and goals to help scaffold him/her to his/her fullest learning potential.

Programs

The foundation of our program is based on the Creative Curriculum. We use this program as a framework to support the learning environment each teacher creates in the classroom.

About Us

For over sixty years, Christ Lutheran Day School has provided a nurturing and loving place for children to learn and grow in their pre-school years. Children ages 18 months to five are eligible to enroll in our National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accredited program.

The Mark of Quality

In 1996, Christ Lutheran Day School has earned accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC)-The nation’s leading organization of early childhood professionals.

Our Classes & Special Events

We provide a setting in which each child may learn and grow as a whole person- physically, emotionally, socially, spiritually and intellectually – in accordance with each child’s developmental age, individual abilities and potential.

Christ Lutheran Day School has many special events during the school year, such as firefighters visits, Thanksgiving Feast, performances by the Majik theatre, Rodeo day and fiesta and Kids’ Fest!

Activities, Holidays & Events

Parent involvement is greatly encouraged and always welcome at Christ Lutheran Day School.

We encourage sharing cooking activities, storytelling, family traditions and holidays, etc.

We especially encourage family participation in our special celebrations, such as Open House, Thanksgiving Feast, Christmas Program, Rodeo Day, Grandparents’ Day, and Fiesta.

Parents organize our largest annual fundraiser, which includes a Silent Auction, Raffle, Kids’ Carnival, and Dinner.

Parent/Teacher conferences will be held for all children enrolled in the preschool in the fall and again in the spring.

Parents are welcomed and encouraged to schedule conferences with teachers any other time that they have questions or concerns.
